Enrollment Process

  • The Enrollment Process begins in October of the year preceding a child’s entry into school.

  • We request that all families schedule and complete a school tour and classroom visitation before registering their child.

  • A Registration Form may then be submitted with a $100 non-refundable fee.

  • We require a non-refundable deposit of one month’s tuition (applied to August) be made by March to secure a spot in the class.

Programs

Our program runs from August to May. We follow the San Ramon Valley Unified School District Calendar in regard to holidays and breaks.

  • 2 Day Program: Tuesday/Thursday (For children at least 2 years 4 months old by August)

  • 3 Day Program: Monday/Wednesday/Friday (For children at least 3 years old by August)

    $875

  • 5 Day Program: Monday through Friday (For children at least 3 years 4 months by August)

    $1350

  • Hours:
    9:00am - 12:00pm Daily
    Optional Lunch Hour Until 1:00pm: $20 Regularly Scheduled, $22 Drop-In

SCHEDULE A TOUR

Prior to enrollment, we invite all families to schedule a tour with us to learn more about our program.

We schedule our tours in two parts:

  1. Tour with Parents/Caregivers: After school hours (M-F, between 1-3pm), we provide a tour of our classroom and facilities, and introduce our program, schedule and curriculum, and answer any question or concerns you may have.

  2. See our Classroom In Action: Return to visit with your child during class time (9:15-10:00am, M-F) to see how we run our program. Your child will be able to participate in our free choice activities.
